The results of the annual General Meeting of Shareholders of PJSC Evropeyskaya Elektrotekhniсa for 2022, which took place in the form of absentee voting, have been summed up.

The meeting approved the recommendations of the Board of Directors on the payment of dividends for 2022 in the amount of RUB 457.5 million. (0.75 rubles per share). The date on which the persons entitled to receive dividends are determined is — July 07, 2023.

The shareholders approved the annual report and the annual accounting (financial) statements for 2022, and the audit organization Financial and Accounting Consultants LLC was approved as the auditor for 2023.

By the decision of the shareholders, the Board of Directors was elected in the amount of 7 people.
